POSITION
on organizing excursions to OJSC "Minsk Sparkling Wine Factory"
1. Excursions to OJSC “Minsk Sparkling Wine Factory” (hereinafter referred to as the enterprise, the Company) are organized in order to create a positive image of the enterprise, build consumer loyalty, inform about the history and activities of the enterprise, and familiarize themselves with the range and new products.
2. Excursions are conducted:
on weekdays on Thursdays and Fridays of each calendar week (no more than one excursion per day).
The tour starts at 14.00.
The duration of the excursion is:
- with tasting – no more than 2 hours;
- without tasting – no more than 1.5 hours.
3. Excursions are organized on a paid basis.
The cost of the excursion is indicated on the company’s website (www.wines.by).
4. The excursion can be of two types:
- with tasting of the Company’s products;
- without tasting the Company's products.
7 types of drinks produced by the company, 30 ml each, are offered for tasting. each product name per tasting participant.
5. The price of the excursion includes:
- excursion support with visits to the workshops of the enterprise;
- familiarization with the history of products and enterprises;
- general information about the enterprise;
- familiarization with the products manufactured by the enterprise;
- familiarization with the production process
- product tasting (if the option with tasting is chosen);
- sanitary clothing.
6. Payment is made by transferring funds to the company’s current account specified in the public contract (the text of the contract is located on the company’s website). If it is impossible to make payments by transferring funds to a current account, the participant is allowed to deposit cash into the cash desk of the enterprise.
7. A participant in the excursion can be a person who has reached the age of 18 (if it is impossible to visually determine the age of the excursionist, an employee of the enterprise has the right to request a passport or other identification document, and the person wishing to take part in the excursion must present this document).
8. Minimum number of group members: 5 people
Maximum number of group participants: 15 people.
Mixed excursions (when there are several people in a group with tasting, and several without tasting) are not provided.
9. In accordance with the decision of the general director of the enterprise, the excursion can be provided free of charge.
10. The schedule and time of the excursion, the number of people in the excursion group, and the route may be changed by decision of the General Director of the Company.
11. Only healthy tourists are allowed on the excursion.
12. The excursion is conducted in accordance with these Regulations and the terms of the public contract for the provision of excursion services.
13. According to the sanitary requirements of a food enterprise, before visiting production workshops, excursionists must wear special clothing (a cape and a cap that completely covers their hair).
14. The procedure for organizing and conducting excursions:
14.1. The website www.wines.by provides a telephone number for contact regarding organization of excursions. It is necessary to contact an employee of the company and agree on the desired date, taking into account clauses 2 and 8. of this provision.
14.2. Reservations are made no later than 5 working days before the expected date of the excursion.
14.3. Payment for the excursion is made after confirmation (agreement) of the date of the excursion. Payment is made in the manner of 100% prepayment, within 5 working days from the date of booking (date of booking inclusive) to the bank account specified in the public contract or, if it is impossible to make payments by transferring funds to the bank account, the participant is allowed to deposit cash to the cash desk of the enterprise.
If payment for the excursion is not received within the period specified in paragraph one of this clause, the reservation is canceled and the excursion is not carried out.
If the reservation is canceled less than 10 working days before the expected date of the excursion, the amount paid for the excursion is not refunded (this amount is considered as a penalty for failure to fulfill the obligations assumed by the Customer).
Important: When paying for an excursion, you must indicate in the column the purpose of payment “Payment for the excursion (indicate the date of the excursion, full name of the leader of the excursion group)”
14.4. Excursions are carried out in accordance with the terms of the public contract for the provision of excursion services, the form of which is Appendix No. 3 to these Regulations.
14.5. The person responsible for organizing the excursion from the enterprise controls the receipt of payment in accordance with the terms of the contract (unless otherwise provided by the decision of the general director).
14.6. The employee of the enterprise who conducts the excursion controls the age of the participants in the excursion group, who must be at least 18 years old, and also organizes the declaration of the health status of the excursionists in the “List of Group Members”.
14.7. The employee of the enterprise who conducts the excursion conducts targeted information with the excursion participants. instruction on labor protection and fire safety according to the “Instructions on labor protection and fire safety when conducting an excursion to OJSC Minsk Sparkling Wine Factory” (Appendix No. 2 to the Regulations).
14.8. Familiarization with the terms of the public contract, the requirements of sanitary norms and rules, completion of targeted instruction on labor protection and fire safety, declaring that the excursionist has reached 18 years of age, the excursionist confirms with a personal signature on the familiarization sheet.
15. Persons who violate the requirements of these Regulations may not be allowed to participate in the excursion and may be removed from the territory of the enterprise.
16. The group of excursionists is accompanied by an employee of the enterprise who conducts a tour of the enterprise. If necessary, additional employees of services and departments of the enterprise may be involved in conducting excursions.
17. This regulation and appendices to it are posted on the enterprise’s website.
18. Participants of the excursion group are independently responsible for their lives and health, as well as for the accuracy of the data provided.
19. The employee of the enterprise who conducts the excursion is responsible for familiarizing the excursionists with the Instructions on labor protection and fire safety when conducting an excursion to the Minsk Sparkling Wine Factory OJSC.
20. The movement of members of the excursion group around the territory of the enterprise during the excursion is accompanied by an employee of the enterprise who conducts the excursion and the leader of the group.
21. In order to prevent accidents, group members’ independent deviation from the route is prohibited.
22. When passing through doors equipped with access control systems, the group leader and the enterprise employee conducting the excursion must ensure that the entire group passes before the doors close.
23. When a group is on the territory of an enterprise, the group leader must ensure the movement of all participants in the group and exclude the division of the group into parts or individual movement of excursion participants.
24. It is prohibited to approach production equipment, vehicles, or cross installed fences or signal lines.
CHAPTER 1
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND FIRE SAFETY
1. The requirements of these instructions are mandatory for all persons participating in the excursion.
2. Persons who are at least 18 years old and have no contraindications for health reasons to visit production, who have been instructed in labor protection, fire safety and have studied these instructions are allowed to participate in excursions.
3. To conduct an excursion to production, those facilities are selected where the safety of their conduct is ensured in accordance with the Regulations on the organization of excursions to OJSC Minsk Sparkling Wine Factory.
4. An employee of the enterprise who conducts an excursion at the enterprise is obliged to conduct targeted instruction with the participants of the excursion according to this Instruction, which is recorded in the appropriate journal (familiarization sheet) with the signatures of the instructed and the instructing person.
5. The leader of the excursion group must constantly monitor the group members during the excursion on the territory of the enterprise.
6. Participants in the excursion group are required to comply with labor protection requirements, as well as rules of conduct on the territory of the enterprise, in production, auxiliary and household premises.
7. All members of the excursion group are required to know and comply with fire and explosion safety requirements, and to avoid actions that could lead to fire or combustion.
8. Participants of the excursion group are obliged to inform the group leader and the employee of the enterprise who conducts the excursion about any situation that threatens the life or health of others, about an accident, about a deterioration in their health.
9. It is not allowed to be on the territory of the enterprise in a state of alcoholic intoxication, or in a state caused by the use of narcotic drugs, psychotropic or toxic substances. It is not allowed to drink brought alcoholic drinks or use narcotic drugs, psychotropic or toxic substances on the territory of the enterprise.
10. It is not allowed to eat or smoke on the territory of the enterprise, in production, auxiliary and household premises. Also bring food.
11. It is not allowed to violate the cleanliness and order on the territory of the enterprise.
12. During the excursion, participants may be exposed to the following harmful and (or) hazardous production factors:
- moving and rotating parts of production equipment;
- increased noise level;
- increased temperature of heating elements, steam and hot water pipelines;
- increased voltage in the electrical circuit;
- moving wheeled floor-mounted trackless transport.
13. All participants in the excursion group must know and observe the rules of personal hygiene and industrial sanitation:
- leave outerwear, hats, personal items (bags, packages) in specially designated areas;
- before starting the excursion, put on clean sanitary clothing and match your hair to your headdress;
- after visiting the toilet, wash your hands with soap and disinfect. solution.
CHAPTER 2
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND FIRE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS BEFORE THE START OF THE TOUR
14. The number of participants simultaneously participating in the excursion should not exceed 15 people.
15. Participants admitted to the excursion must wear sanitary clothing. Do not pin their clothes with pins, do not keep sharp, breakable objects in their pockets that create a danger during the excursion.
16. Before the start of the excursion, all participants must be familiar with the general characteristics of the site being visited, the rules of conduct in production premises, the procedure for conducting the excursion, and these Instructions.
17. During the excursion, participants are not allowed to perform any actions at the enterprise’s facilities without the permission of the enterprise employee conducting the excursion.
18. It is not allowed:
- unauthorized consumption of alcoholic beverages and drugs, smoking;
- leave the excursion group without permission (without warning to the leader).
CHAPTER 3
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND FIRE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS DURING THE EXCURSION
19. Participants in the excursion group must strictly follow the leader of the excursion group and the enterprise employee who conducts the excursion.
20. When traveling, it is not allowed to leave the excursion group without permission. Move at a walk; running is not allowed on the territory of the enterprise, in production, auxiliary and household premises. When walking on stairs, hold on to the handrails.
21. It is not allowed to touch raw materials and technological equipment, even if it is not working (the mechanisms may turn on automatically).
22. It is not allowed to touch or open protective and locking devices and devices.
23. It is not allowed to touch live parts of the equipment, open electrical panels, press buttons, levers, switches.
24. It is not allowed to go beyond the fences or enter the premises of the enterprise on your own.
25. It is not allowed to lean on work fences their areas and stairs (walkways), climb onto walkways, platforms for servicing equipment and stairs.
26. It is necessary to comply with the requirements indicated on safety posters and signs.
27. Follow the rules of movement in the premises of the enterprise, using only designated passages. Use pedestrian paths and crossings on the premises of the enterprise. When vehicles approach (forklifts,
trucks and cars) you must move out of their path and be extremely attentive to their signals.
28. Do not distract employees of the enterprise from performing their duties.
CHAPTER 4
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND FIRE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS AT THE END OF THE TOUR
29. After the end of the excursion, the manager and employee of the enterprise who conducts the excursion removes all participants from the site and checks the presence of participants according to the list.
30. Excursion participants must take off and put away sanitary clothing.
31. Participants in the excursion group must report any shortcomings discovered during the excursion to the excursion leader, the employee of the enterprise who conducts the excursion.
CHAPTER 5
REQUIREMENTS FOR OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND FIRE SAFETY IN EMERGENCIES
32. Participants of the excursion group are taken out by the excursion leader and the employee of the enterprise who conducts the excursion to a safe place in accordance with evacuation schemes and signs, in the event of an emergency at the excursion site if:
- an equipment malfunction has been identified that could lead to an accident or accident;
- the impact of electric current on the human body is felt (electric shock occurs as a result of accidental touching or dangerous approach to live parts of equipment);
- there was unusual noise from the equipment, vibration in excess of permissible standards or its breakdown;
- there is a smell of gas;
- smoke and smell characteristic of burning insulation appeared due to equipment overload, breakdown of electrical wiring insulation;
- in case of fire of an electric motor, electrical wiring or fire in the workshop, which may occur due to violation of the fire safety regime.
33. If an excursion participant is injured, it is necessary to stop exposure to the traumatic factor (if any), provide first (pre-medical) aid to the victim, call a health care worker, and, if necessary, take the victim to a health center or other healthcare organization. Ensure the safety of the situation at the scene of the incident before the start of the investigation, and if this is not possible (there is a threat to the life and health of others), record the situation by drawing up a diagram, protocol, photography and other method.
