In 2024, the Minsk City Executive Committee will organize, with the support of the Academy of Management of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Project
“Minsk Shift 2024” with the aim of attracting young people to current social problems, including young people in real practical activities to develop projects aimed at ordering (social) government bodies and other organizations in the context of proposals and recommendations for solutions to society's problems.
In general, it was decided to support project work in the following areas:
Direction 1. Ideological and information work;
Direction 2. Youth policy;
Direction 3. Urban planning and architecture;
Direction 4. Ecology and improvement;
Direction 5. Housing and communal services;
Direction 6. Transport support;
Direction 7. Education;
Direction 8. Healthcare;
Direction 9. Social protection;
Direction 10. Culture and art;
Direction 11. Sports and tourism;
Direction 12. Industry;
Direction 13. Small business development, economics;
Direction 14. Trade.
The project is being implemented to form a promising personnel reserve for government agencies from among young people who have personal and business qualities and creative potential that meet the requirements of management activities.
Registration, consulting, training and presentation of original and collective social innovation projects will be carried out during the first half of the year. In May-June, the qualifying and final stage of the received works will take place, followed by the recommendation of the best projects for implementation in various spheres of the socio-economic life of the city and region.
